Viziseek Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to purchases of Viziseek software licenses, downloads, redemption codes, trials, and related support. By placing an order, redeeming a code, or using the software, you agree to these terms and the policies displayed at checkout.

1. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must provide accurate purchase and account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Do not share passwords, API keys, redemption codes, or license credentials publicly.

2. License grant
A purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Viziseek edition for lawful internal personal or business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, publish, distribute, reverse engineer, bypass licensing or entitlement checks, misuse quotas, or use the software to infringe third-party rights.

3. Editions and duration
VIP Annual and PPT Annual licenses provide access for the stated fixed term. They do not automatically renew unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise. Lifetime licenses are long-duration licenses for the supported product and are subject to these terms, account status, and continued service operation. They do not provide perpetual offline access or guarantee compatibility with every future operating system, file format, or third-party service.

4. Trial
The available 7-day VIP trial is obtained through Viziseek registration, requires no Shopify purchase, and does not include PPT features. Trial availability, limits, and eligibility may be adjusted to prevent abuse.

5. Internet and system requirements
Viziseek is Windows software. Account login, activation, license verification, entitlement checks, updates, and some optional features require an internet connection. Customers are responsible for reviewing current system requirements and maintaining compatible hardware, Windows, storage, network access, and any separately required CAD helper software.

6. Local processing and optional third-party AI
Core local image search is designed to operate on the customer’s computer. When a customer enables an optional third-party recognition feature, selected content may be transmitted to that provider under its terms and privacy practices. Qwen recognition requires the customer to register and configure their own Qwen account and API key and to pay all token or usage charges. Qwen services, credits, pricing, availability, limits, and AI output accuracy are not included or controlled by Viziseek. AI-generated names and attributes must be reviewed before business use.

7. Orders, payment, and delivery
Prices and included features are those shown at checkout. Orders may be held for payment confirmation, fraud review, or compliance checks. Software is delivered digitally by download link and/or redemption code; no physical item is shipped. Customers must provide a working email address and protect delivered license information.

8. Updates and support
We may provide fixes, updates, compatibility changes, or documentation at our discretion. Features may change to improve security, comply with law, respond to third-party changes, or maintain service reliability. Support does not include third-party account setup, Qwen usage charges, custom data preparation, or guaranteed recovery of customer files.

9. Customer content and lawful use
You retain responsibility for images, CAD files, PPT files, product information, and other content you process. You must have the necessary rights and must not use Viziseek for unlawful surveillance, infringement, malware, fraud, or unauthorized access.

10. Refunds
Refund requests are governed by the Digital Products Refund Policy displayed at checkout. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable rights under applicable consumer law.

11. Availability and liability
Software and related services are provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free AI results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for claims relating to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the affected license. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for chargebacks, fraud, abuse, credential or code sharing, unauthorized distribution, attempts to bypass licensing, or other material violations. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

13. Changes and severability
We may update these terms for future purchases or continued service use. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Applicable mandatory law governs regardless of any conflicting provision.
