Digital Products Refund and Withdrawal Policy

Viziseek products are downloadable Windows software licenses and redemption codes. A free 7-day VIP trial is available through Viziseek registration so customers can review compatibility and suitability before purchasing. The free trial does not require a Shopify order and does not include PPT features.

14-day withdrawal right
All customers may cancel their purchase for any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase by sending a clear withdrawal request to alvin_max@icloud.com. Customers in the European Union or European Economic Area retain any mandatory statutory withdrawal and consumer rights that apply to them.

We do not require customers to waive the 14-day withdrawal right merely because a download link, redemption code, or license has been delivered. If a redeemed or activated order is withdrawn and refunded, the related license and entitlement will be deactivated, and the customer must stop using and must not distribute the software, installer, redemption code, or licensed features.

After the 14-day period
After 14 calendar days, a refund may still be approved if: (1) the license or redemption code was not delivered; (2) the customer was charged more than once for the same order; or (3) a material software defect prevents the purchased feature from operating and our support team cannot provide a reasonable fix or workaround. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

How to withdraw or request a refund
Email alvin_max@icloud.com with the subject “Withdrawal / Refund Request” and include:
- Customer name
- Shopify order number
- Purchase email
- Purchase date
- License edition
- A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase

Optional model statement:
“I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the purchase of [license edition], ordered on [date], Shopify order number [number]. Name: [name]. Purchase email: [email]. Date: [date].”

Do not send passwords, API keys, full payment-card details, identity documents, or redemption codes. We may request non-sensitive order information needed to verify the purchase.

Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We will initiate an approved refund without undue delay. The time for funds to appear depends on Shopify, PayPal, the payment provider, and the customer’s bank.

License and service information
Annual licenses provide access for the stated fixed term and do not automatically renew unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Lifetime licenses are long-duration licenses for the supported product and require internet access for account login, license verification, and entitlement checks. “Lifetime” does not mean perpetual offline access or guaranteed compatibility with every future operating system or third-party service.

Optional Qwen recognition requires the customer to register and configure their own Qwen account and API key and to pay all Qwen token or usage charges. Qwen availability, pricing, limits, terms, and AI output accuracy are controlled by the third-party provider and are not included with Viziseek.
